Brake cylinder paste

On the race track it is recommended to clean the brakes regularly, if not daily. After the brake dust has been removed, the pistons can be lightly greased with the paste, this leads to a better reset of the pistons. But here opinions differ, more grease on the piston also causes the brake dust to stick to the pistons and so get dirty faster.

We recommend using the paste but not too much. Lightly lubricate the pistons with a brush and move in and out several times, then lightly degrease the surface again with household paper.
