Bitubo Fork Spring Assembly

The pressurized EBH cartridge incorporates a range of innovative systems, such as the well-known FPS, EC, and LC, as well as the new Overpressure Control System (OPC). These systems are the result of extensive development work by our Research and Development department in collaboration with some of the top teams that have competed in the World SBK, BSB, IDM, and CIV. All adjustments--spring preload, rebound, and compression--are located on the upper cap and are separate, simple, and intuitive in both cartridges. The high damping coefficient at very low speeds controls excessive front-end dive from the very first moments of braking. Also available in the EBH59 version with an extended wheelbase!

LC: This product features a high proportion of specialized lightweight alloys and weight-optimized components to achieve maximum lightness.

FPS: The Full Pressure System demonstrates the highest efficiency and practicality of this patented system. This innovative damping system provides instant damping while preventing cavitation of the internal fluid. The system is pressurized with low-pressure gas. The cartridges are asymmetrical: one controls compression, the other controls rebound. With two opposing chambers at both ends, it is possible to generate high damping force even at very low speeds.

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE: Installation instructions with recommended oil viscosity and level, based on the experience and data from our R&D team; adjustment and installation tools; Fuchs-Silkolene oil for smooth operation. The package includes 2 additional replacement springs with different stiffness rates for various setups to ensure optimal control at the highest performance levels.
