Bitubo Rear Shock Absorber

The enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail of our R&D engineers enable us to offer this new, advanced shock absorber, which delivers state-of-the-art technology and performance. The code "31" indicates the red spring (for the sportiest models), while the code "32" indicates the black spring (for the most classic models). Spring adjustment is achieved via the hydraulic preload, which can be operated manually or with a 14-mm hex wrench. Applicable to all BMW shock absorbers equipped with hydraulic preload. This handle features an ergonomic design with three tabs that make adjustment easy without the need for tools. Available as a replacement part, it can be installed in all hydraulic preload mono-shock absorbers from the XXF-CLU-CYU and XZE series produced since 2009. The reservoir is separate from the housing for better fluid cooling and greater freedom in installation positioning. It is connected via a flexible, high-pressure-rated braided hose to improve shock absorber feedback and enhance grip and comfort.
