Technical Details

Underbody model line was originally developed primarily for a precise, functional purpose, but very quickly became an integral part of a very unique motorcycle style. The extremely discreet appearance is especially appreciated by motorcycle individualists, who try to hide the exhaust as much as possible in order not to disturb the general line of the motorcycle. To meet such demands for concealment of the rear silencer, "under-engine-positioning", i.e. the positioning of the entire system below the engine, within a central block, has become widely accepted. This relocation not only allows a visual reduction, but at the same time the catalytic converter can be positioned in a more central location, optimizing the center of gravity of the motorcycle.

This silencer is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The internal structure is customized to each motorcycle model.

The outer casing gets its titanium look from a sandblasting treatment with stainless steel particles.

During the design process, special attention was paid to the exhaust outlet. Since the muffler is very close to the rear wheel due to its low, central position, extreme care was taken to ensure that the tire does not suffer from exhaust heat. A carbon end cap protects the tire optimally and guarantees precise discharge of the emitted exhaust gases.
