Technical details

The underbody model line was originally developed primarily for a precise, functional purpose, but very quickly became an integral part of a unique motorcycle style. The extremely discreet appearance is especially appreciated by motorcycle individualists who try to hide the exhaust as much as possible so as not to disturb the overall line of the motorcycle. To meet such demands for concealing the rear silencer, "under-engine positioning," i.e., positioning the entire system beneath the engine within a central block, has become established. This relocation not only allows for a visual reduction, but the catalytic converter can also be positioned more centrally, thus optimizing the motorcycle's center of gravity.

This silencer is made entirely of stainless AISI 304 steel.

The inner structure is individually adapted for each motorcycle model.

The outer fairing gets its titanium look from a sandblasting treatment with stainless steel particles.

Special attention was paid to the exhaust outlet opening during construction. As the silencer is very close to the rear wheel due to its low, central position, extreme care was taken to ensure that the tire does not suffer from exhaust heat. A carbon end cap protects the tire optimally and guarantees precise dissipation of the emitted exhaust gases.

This is a complete system, so the entire original exhaust system is replaced.
