Bitubo Front Shock Absorber

The pressurized EBH cartridge features a range of innovative systems, such as the well-known FPS, EC, and LC, as well as the new Overpressure Control System (OPC). These systems are the result of our R&D department's extensive development experience in collaboration with some of the top teams that have competed in World SBK, BSB, IDM, and CIV. All adjustments--spring preload, rebound, and compression--are located on the top cap and are separate for each cartridge, making them simple and intuitive to use. The high damping coefficient at very low speeds controls excessive front-end dive right from the moment braking begins. Also available in the EBH59 version with an extended wheelbase!

LC: This product features a high proportion of special lightweight alloys and weight-optimized components, with the goal of achieving the greatest possible lightness.

FPS: The Full Pressure System demonstrates the highest efficiency and practicality of this patented system. This innovative damping system provides immediate damping while preventing any cavitation of the internal fluid. The system operates under low-pressure gas. The cartridges are asymmetrical: one controls the compression stage, the other the rebound stage. With two alternating chambers at both ends, it is possible to generate high damping force even at very low speeds.

INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE: Installation instructions with recommended oil viscosity and level, based on the experience and data from our R&D team, adjustment and installation tools, and Fuchs-Silkolene oil with high lubricity. The package includes 2 additional replacement springs with different stiffness rates for various setups, to ensure optimal control at the highest performance levels.
