With the WME22V2, Bitubo introduces a compact hydraulic preload adjustment system for all pairs of shock absorbers in the WME series. With this new device, it is possible to adjust the spring preload without having to manipulate the corresponding adjustment rings, but rather using a standard hex wrench or a very practical and compact adjustment knob, which is available as an optional accessory. Riders of this type of motorcycle are looking for a product that offers comfort and style. The WME22V2 shock absorbers are single-chamber, nitrogen-charged, and equipped with an oil/gas separator piston. The body of each WME22V2 is made from a special high-strength steel alloy and features aluminum heads machined from solid stock using CNC-controlled machines. As standard, the WME22V2 is finished entirely in black, with the exception of the piston rod. Both shock absorbers are equipped with upper and lower mounting heads made of aluminum alloy, machined from solid stock; the body and piston rod are made of high-strength alloy steel, while the springs are made of Cr-Si alloy steel and are available in chrome or black. Each shock absorber is also nitrogen-charged and equipped with an aluminum oil/gas separator piston. Also available are the WMEA2V2 versions with a longer adjustable wheelbase and hydraulic spring preload, as well as the WME82V2 with a shorter adjustable wheelbase and hydraulic spring preload.
