Bitubo Rear Shock Absorber

STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY AND PERFORMANCE thanks to the innovations introduced in this shock absorber, which was developed for motorcycles with long-travel rear suspension. The passion and meticulous attention to detail of our R&D engineers allow us to offer this new, advanced shock absorber, which delivers cutting-edge technology and performance. The code "11" indicates the red spring (for the sportiest models), while the code "12" indicates the black spring (for the most classic models). Spring adjustment is achieved via the hydraulic preload, which can be operated manually or with a 14-mm hex wrench. This applies to all BMW shock absorbers equipped with hydraulic preload. This handle features an ergonomic design with three tabs that make adjustment easy without the need for cumbersome tools. Available as an aftermarket replacement part, it can be installed in all hydraulic preload monoshock absorbers from the XXF-CLU-CYU and XZE series produced since 2009. The reservoir is separate from the body for better fluid cooling and greater freedom in mounting position. It is connected by a flexible hose braided for very high pressure to improve shock absorber feedback and enhance grip and comfort.
